• Work Package creation for the entire fleet.• Scrutinizing the completed maintenance check packages and Ramco packages with regard to component removal and installation.• Preparation of completion reports, carry forward snags/ inspection/ scheduled tasks of aircraft undergoing major checks at base.• Scrutinizing of maintenance check documents received from line maintenance division after transit and extended transit check.• Creating engineering orders for AD, SB, SL as per vendor recommendation.• Preparing the completed maintenance check synopsis and forwarding this to quality manager.• Preparing and scrutinising special callouts for rectification of repeated issues and inspections and maintaining Airworthiness Directive and Service Bulletins, submitting to the regulatory authority.• Completing maintenance check schedules, task cards and completion reports utilising maintenance procedure document (MPD) for major checks, and completing Certificates of Release to Service (CRS).• Preparing documents and maintaining records for update of Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC).• Planning, Scheduling, Management of resources-on time-to budget.• Planning engine boroscope inspections, issuing Engineering Orders according to CFM and FAA regulations, reviewing against compliance details for engine and maintaining documentation.• Provide engineering support to operations
