Working on behalf of M/s ORPIC for Muscat Sohar Products Pipeline Project, Worked for M/s OOCEP in Musundam Gas Plant Project. Carrying out all Inspections related to welding, Coating at various stages of the project as per ITP. Coordinating with TPI’s Velosi & GL for all third party Inspections related to procurement. Coordinating all vendor Inspections around different parts of the world for all the Stage wise Inspections of all the Rotating & static Packages in the project. Reviewing all Third party Inspection Reports for conformance to project specifications. Conducted stage wise inspections as per ITP for Welding & Coating. Witnessing of all Nondestructive testing RT, UT, MT and PT. Interpretation of radiography films as per relevant codes & standards.

Weld Joint Inspections Including Fit ups, Visual Inspection of Pipelines. Witnessing of all Non destructive testing RT, UT, MT and PT. Interpretation of radiography films as per relevant codes & standards. Knowledge of Non conventional NDT Techniques such as LRUT,IRIS, ECT, LOTIS, MFL, Thermography, Boroscopic inspection & Vacuum box testing. Inspection & Repair of storage tanks as per API 650 & API 653. Statutory Inspections of piping, heat exchangers, Fired Heaters, Boilers & Tanks. Conducting Ultrasonic thickness measurement tests (UTG). Preheat check, Review of PWHT charts wherever applicable. Hydro testing & Pneumatic testing of all static equipments& pipelines as per relevant codes & standards. Witness PMI & hardness testing of welds. Review of WPS, PQR & Witnessing Welder qualification tests as per relevant Codes and standards. Issue of Recommended Repairs & NCR’s wherever deviations observed. Review of calibration certificates for all welding equipments& inspection tools. Knowledge & usage of all relevant codes & standards like ASME B31.3, ASME SEC VIII, ASME SEC V, ASME SEC II , ASME SEC IX etc Preparing Inspection reports and coordinating with client forStage wise inspection as per ITP.Coating

Supervision of pipe fabrication for the capacity expansion project of FCCU. As a Graduate trainee in the Inspection department of Kochi Refineries Limited for a year. Involved in the Inspection & Testing of all static Equipments in the Refinery as per relevant codes & standards. Worked in the major CDU & FCCU shutdowns (2 months) which comprised of Fired Heaters, Heat exchangers, Crude distillation columns, Boilers & Replacement of critical piping.
