Justransform onboarded the biggest Enterprise Customer, by far, over the last 18 months or so. From the start, they were onboarded onto the new platform. The fact that this happened so well; how quickly the account grew; so much new was asked for and delivered in such a short time, was a great testament to the team and the process. And, may I say to the tech leadership and software architecture that i provided.I was suddenly let go, on the advice of the 'Senior Management Team', with no reason provided or an exit interview extended. I remain at a loss as to what brought on this abrupt end.

As the Primary Architect, I Planned, architected and delivered a major upgrade to the Justransform iPaas platform, the first in 6 years. This delivered Auto-scalable, isolated enterprise backends over prod setups in 4 aws regions including EU, A new familly of APIs to interact with the enterprise assets i.e connections and transactions, Extended Business Id support at multiple levels to represent the real world business hierarchies, Canonicalization approaches like WebEdi and business dashboards, Integration with SSO/Oauth2, Locator service to track containers/shipments/BOLs for 100s of air and ship companies and shipment terminals. 3 layered testing platform to smoke and load test the platform and all solutions ever built on the platform in an isolated environment.As the Senior Tech lead i also delivered a team, about 18 people strong. Each member knows almost equivalently about the whole platform. Each is responsible for development/testing/deployment across all microservices/backends/ui. This makes the team agile and also makes it a very good support team. But also expects each to communicate. This starts with me. Here i struggled with the small US technical team since they worked different hours. they often felt excluded from these discussions.We continuously and consciously evolved a delivery strategy spanning across Jira stories/github/aws codebuild/jira-releases/ecs deployments to provide near complete visibility. We shied away from TDD and continuous deployment. The team all took responsibility for maintaining a Postman collection and all environments. I got Jira and PRs.The technical stack was Java/Spring Microservices running on ECS/Fargate. The legacy system was transformed to run in this environment. For a small team with only a small number of services this level of agility in the process worked well for us. In a year the platform was supporting 10 times the txns at the same price. I was promoted.

The most memorable transformation here was the ones caused by Covid. WFH, Digital Nomadism, Tech Boom.

Member of the technical team that built Tarantella, an 'Application as a Service' framework that allowed controlled publishing of applications via Windows Terminal Services (or optionally New Moon Liftoff) across the internet. Designed and implemented a proprietary printer sub-system that made it, transparently, possible to print on a local printer from an application running remotely.

Software Engineer : LiftOff was a proprietary technology for application delivery by marshalling and executing the GUI related Windows API’s on to the client machine, thereby enabling to run the applications on to any Windows machine even if they are not really installed on that machine. I was part of the core engine development.Designed and implemented a Universal Printer Driver for Windows, that was using the EMF output from the applications running on the Server to enable printing on any other Printer attached to the client machines and integrated with LiftOff.

Started my career, building Yugma, quiet possibly the first Web Browser for Kids. Later contributed to Windows CE application development including a cloning the MS Office suite for the device for BromCom.
