Cargo Supervisor
Current• Acceptance of Export cargo for various airlines which are handled by NAS.• Acceptance of Special cargo with respective airlines requirements. (DGR/ AVI/HUM/VAL Etc…..)• Cashiering Duties for Import / Export Cargo.• Directing and supervising the activities of cargo operation to ensure provision of efficient, effective and productive services to airlines, import/export customers, freight forwarders. Ensure that import and export cargo is handled safely correctively checked in with agreed customer services standards.• Providing necessary guidance and instructions on customer service, operational and customer issues.• Coordinating with space control to ensure maximum uplift of cargo in all flights.• Ensure cargo is flown as booked.• Monitoring and ensuring transit cargo is loaded and connected to onward flights with relevant documents.• Supervising and monitoring all build up and breakdown activities. • Attending to key flights, monitoring and managing the on-load and coordinating with ground staff to ensure the prioritized cargo loaded on time. • Manifesting and ensuring all cargo documents are on board prior to departure.• Ensure proper location of import cargo as per its requirement.• Ensure smooth delivery of cargo to the agents.• Maintaining monthly records of all import and export cargo for internal audit.• Monitoring Ad-Hoc Operation flights.• Preparing various MIS report as required by the management.
