 Primary responsibilities include designing, aligning, delivering key ESG initiatives; improving performance on existing initiatives; spearheading a wide range ESG reporting and disclosures and overseeing CSR budget and impact. Spearheading and formulizing the holistic plan of all the thematic area with partners liaising plans, compliance plans, strategic communication plan and ensuring it at all the level.

 Responsibilities majorly focusses on Program development (designing, budgeting etc.) strategic planning the project interventions on the basis of CSR policies and regulations which leads to successful project operations and utilized the allocated CSR budget effectively. Utilizing the allocated CSR budget for the financial year successfully. Also brought various implementing (training & Marketing) partners on board for Dairy, Enterprise Development, Handicraft etc. through proposals.

• My roles majorly focused on planning and strategize the different aspects to create alternate source of income for rural households, keeping the aspect of health, sustainability and environment in project area through different models.• Also reviewing of different project proposals, ToR/ MoU for finalizing the partner organizations and bringing them on board for project implementation.• Timely execution of the project activities with the help of 30+ team members and regular monitoring and review of ongoing projects and feedback on the basis of analysis of the data reports to the team as well as core team in HQ.

Handled the Livelihood Program of Project Samuday with various intervention i.e., SHG development and institution building, Youth Vocational training and Skill development, Value Chain development (Poultry, Dairy, Goatry etc.) and Entrepreneurship Development Program in 3 blocks of Hardoi district. Mobilized 800+ SHGs and build their capacity of SHG management, book keeping, conflict resolution, bank management and leadership development with SHGs. Also linked more than 3000 SHG members with various economic activities e.g., Poultry, Goatry, Dairy, Vermicompost, Vegetable farming, EDP, Handicraft etc. after economic vision triggering exercise with them to broaden the horizon of thinking of the beneficiaries to initiate and adopt various income generating activities. Prepared the activity wise Detail Project Report with Gantt. Chart, bubble diagram, process flow chart etc. Planned, coordinated, and monitoring the executed livelihood intervention with Financial Inclusion with the community mainly with Self Help Groups and rural community. Prepared 5 year as well as annual budget, proposals, activities, sub-activities, task and sub task with minute details for the effective implementation of the program. Preparing monthly, quarterly reports on short term implementation and impact assessment.

• Successfully handled and managed the project of Poorest States Inclusive Growth (PSIG) project supported by the UKAID from the Department for International Development (DFID) through Small Industries

Increased the business portfolio from 19 crores to 23 crores in short association with Janalakshmi. Handled and managed mature branch having 19-23 crores of portfolio with 18000 urban customer base with the team of 35 people comprises of Area Heads, Credit Managers, Field Managers.

 Identifying potential areas for business development. Administering training and Value Added Services (VAS) training programs for the livelihood upliftment. Maintaining quality portfolio and loan disbursement. Ensuring timely repayment and proper conduct of collection and call memo meeting. Handling relationships with clients to improve risk portfolio plans. Supervision of team comprises of FSO’s, TA and VAS field officer. Recognizing loan product and documenting finance requirement of target groups. Working closely with clients to identify their needs to enhance cross selling. Coordinated disbursements to JLG and SHG both.

 Manage the complete business operation of the company of 19 branches with a portfolio of over Rs 24 crores and a client base of 43 thousand. Looking after the Business development part of the organization in south MP. Liasoning with govt. officials, regulatory authorities, dealing with external agencies (bankers, funders, rating agencies, print & electronic media) and resolving branch as well as field related issues.

NABFINS is a subsidiary of NABARD. Under this project I analyzed process flow and models of different MFIs (L & T,CASHPOR, SKDRDP, Sanghmithra Rural Financial Services, IDF-FSPL, Janalakshami ) and to know the front-end and back-end operations of MFIs and technology platform to support the operations. We also estimated the total cost which will incur in technology for NABFINS pilot project in Karnataka with having 1000 SHGs/ 15,000 clients from the financial proposal given by different technology service providers.

It was DST project in which I prepared a plan for micro pulse processing unit”. Under this project, the objective was to study the details of Value chain, Marketing channel, financial feasibility of pulse processing and develop micro plan for Jarga village (most affected naxalide area) of Ranchi District.

A. Analyze the production and sales problems of potato in the village Bhawanipur, AllahabadB. Training and display of lac cultivation and processing unit for income and employment generation in village Ghana ram ka pura, Allahabad”. Former part of the project included the complete survey of assigned village, including Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and accordingly formulating village development plan. The later part of the project was assigned for formation of Farmers group.
