 Processing monthly payroll of employees for the group (10000+employees) Carrying out all WPS activities for payment of salaries and other benefits Preparing Leave and EoS benefits  Maintaining and recording of all payroll accounting entries (Intercompany transactions of 22 companies) Reconciliation of all payroll related ledgers during periodical account closing as required by accounts & finance Dept. Managing and maintaining ledgers of loans & advance and other recoveries for all the employees Coordination with various departments of the group and subsidiary companies on all payroll related requirements and issues  Generating & providing payroll related reports to management, planning & site managers, finance & accounts & for audit on request. Working closely with welfare teams from clients and closing all kind of gaps on their inspections.
