• Manage capacity & services for Client Bharti Airtel for Delhi NCR circle. Implementation of the Project on ground as per decided SLA. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents for GBT, RTT, RTP (New built, Upgrade)•Deployment – Commissioning of BTS (RBS 6600 series, RBS 2964, RBS 2954, RBS 2111), Mini links, Macro, Micro, IBS (In Built Solution), Cabinet Expansion.•Site Up gradation – Includes Site survey, up grade of Shelter, DG, SMPS, BB, PIU with respect to requirement of additional BTS.•Prepare budget, maintain, quarterly monitor & evaluating the compliance. Revise budget as per situation. Keep track on inventory & involved in planning/ordering BTS, Mw, Radios, cables & other material as per assigned targeted sites or erlangs. •Handshake/Signoff with client for next month estimate sites & update about their planning. Targeted & maintained asked erlangs monthly or sites targeted.•Deployment, installation & integration of Wimax(Iwan) sites as per targets across Delhi NCR. Monitoring link remotely from NOC. •Input on risks towards the corporate with regards to changes in time, budget or quality/changes. End to End E2E responsible for full implement of late call forward in all GMSC, MSC, Nodes and HLR in all Bharti circles PAN India. Involves with GNOC/NSS/CM as well as customer’s RA/BTSOL for their successful confirmation. Testing among intercross nodes for both pre /post cards.
