Managed project deliveries of Life/Asia development & production support for Prudential Life Assurance Jakarta Indonesia, One of the fast growing and a market leader among life insurance providers in Indonesia. Implemented Onshore/Offshore model to reduce onsite presence of consultants and allocated development work to offshore Team from India Delivery Center. Conducted rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of Production issues and redefined solutions which reduced monthly production issues count by 25% within few months. FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act for US residents) implementation for New Business & Policy Servicing, Reviewed and refined performance of actuarial valuation & some other important batch schedules resulting 80% faster execution from 24 hours to 4 hour at month end closure.

This was an upgradation of LiFE/Asia application for Traditional & Investment linked business and migration from LSP system, earlier being used for Investment Linked Life Insurance Plans.2. Worked on each and every functionality of Life Insurance business, New Business, Clients maintenance, Agency & Commission setup, General Ledger accounting, Receivable/payable, Maturity, Claims, Surrender, Actuarial Valuation and IRDA Reports for Traditional and Unit Linked products. Added functionality for Audit Trails of System Setup.
