Project : Study and Design of Single Orifice Float Trap HMC Fixture - worked solely on the development of production rate which directly impacts the outcome of organization growth. This project theoretically incremented around 66.67% overall-production of the saleable part. Additional Learnings: Documentation procedures for ISO Audits. Boilers and its manufacturing processes. Exposure on Steam Engineering products and its machining operations. Hands-on training to CNC, VMC, HMC, and also on other manual processes like tapping, lapping and burnishing. A full insight on the various assembly divisions. Overall Study on principals of Control Valves, Flow Metes, Temperature and Pressure control.
