Technical Manager | Project Manager
CurrentResponsibilities :• Responsible for managing the life cycle of Infrastructure, Info Security, Call Center Application projects from architectural design through customer and customer service turnover.• Managing multiple projects for high profile BFSI sector,Govt Institutions, retail industries, hospitality sectors in UAE region.• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer .• Proactively following the change control process.• Preparing detailed project plans for client engagements using project management methodologies and creating and managing an appropriate team with common goals and milestones within a project.• Reviewing and validating statement of work (SOW) and defining schedule, resource, cost and tasks.• Managing Stake holder engagements and communications both internally and externally. Communicating internally on existing or potential customer escalations.• Working as the single point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement.• Leading Technical Team, managing service delivery in BU and achieving client business demands. • Setting KPI and goals for team and driving them to target achievement.• Taking proactive actions to ensure targets of service delivery are achieved.• Responsible for SLA management and Client satisfaction.
