Mr. Bali holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Jammu and a Management Certification in Infrastructure Development & Policy from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has a rich experience of over 30 years in the areas of Project Finance, Investment Banking, Business Development, Project Monitoring & Risk Management, NPA Management, Corporate Advisory, Credit Appraisal, Legal & Recovery, Accounts & Taxation, Treasury & Resources, Regulatory Compliances etc. He has expertise in design, development and financial structuring of hospitality projects and has conducted project feasibility studies and appraisals for many hotel owning companies in India. He represents TFCI on the board of some of the assisted hotel companies and was also an investment committee member of the India Enterprise Development Fund (IEDF) of IFCI Venture Capital Funds Limited.
