I am an experienced Public Health Specialist with 12 years of expertise in the development sector, particularly in program implementation, governance and management, public administration, and public health management. I hold a Post Graduate Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in Human Resource Management & Labour Welfare and a Graduate Degree in Social Work (BSW) with a specialization in Community Development. I have also completed a Diploma in Financial Accounting - Tally ERP 9, which has enhanced my skills in accounting and taxation.Throughout my career, I have worked closely with State Governments and donor-funded projects, demonstrating my commitment to improving public health outcomes. I have conducted research on job satisfaction, industrial welfare measures, and the role of self-help groups in women empowerment. Currently, I am a Consultant at the World Health Organization (WHO), working on the India Hypertension Control Initiative (IHCI) program. My responsibilities include data quality assurance, training and support for healthcare workers, data analysis, and report preparation.Previously, I worked as a District Coordinator at the Catholic Health Association of India (CHAI) for the Tuberculosis – Project Axshya, where I managed program operations and coordinated with stakeholders. I also served as a Programme Manager at Madhya Pradesh Samaj Seva Sanstha (MPSSS), designing capacity-building programs and project proposals on various social issues.
