Project Management Support to our service delivery Team on Cloud Solutions, DevOps, Microsoft 365, Azure, EMS+ Security, DR, Backup Solutions, MDM, Endpoint Management & Security solutions, Cyber Security Solutions like Erkan, In defend etc. internal threat and employee activity monitoring and DLP etc. Assisting in-House Software Development Team on make use of Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipeline, deploying Microservices in Azure Kubernetes Container Service, App Gateway etc., and being Team lead of Helpdesk Operation, assist Co-Support members on L2 Support and handling escalations when it arise, Remote Support, Team Management, Vendor Management, Demo or POC arrangement for the customers or prospects on solutions.
