In addition, I established the KPIs for international markets and market stage constructs at the backbone of Squarespace's international expansion strategy.

TKWW is the largest global online marketplace serving the $250 billion wedding industry and helping to connect engaged couples with wedding professionals across 15 countries in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.Held responsibilities across a number of strategic and operational functions focused on expanding WeddingWire's international footprint and incubating nascent and emerging markets. I also led many due diligence processes and served as a cross-functional point of contact for a number of WeddingWire's M&A transactions. During my tenure I played a key role in helping the company grow from ~300 to ~1,800.- Owned expansion efforts for a subset of prospective, nascent, and emerging markets, including Canada, UK, Ireland, and India, where I led execution efforts from the initial research stages through monetization and P&L ownership with a significant local team presence- Refined international expansion playbook for new market entry, including defining consistent processes, metrics, and roles and responsibilities by functional area across various international offices- Led due diligence, served as cross-functional point of contact, and created post-closing plans for various domestic and international acquisitions, including participating in diligence efforts with recent majority-stake investment by Permira Funds and M&A deal with XO Group (NYSE:XOXO)- Executed on various strategic and operational initiatives at the direction of the Board and Executive team

Dada Entertainment is a mobile entertainment joint-venture between Sony Music and Dada SpA (Italy-based). In my role, I sourced new business opportunities and connected with API partners to monetize web-based traffic. In addition, I developed and automated a database to accurately calculate royalties payments due to publishers, reducing significant over-payments and fees related to late payments.
