Member of the management of the Control Center Operations and Control System Maintenance. Responsible for the collation of detailed information, process, diagnose the fault and coordinate with the respective line maintenance team for the unscheduled maintenance works.Manage the contractors in performing maintenance, inspection and repair of the entire Control Systems to meet the stipulated KPI's and system availability.Responsible for all improvement and project works on Control Center and Control Systems.Plan and manage work methodologies and processes for a safe, efficient and high quality outcome / output.Reviews and assess project proposals, submittals and attend site inspections, supervisions and meetings.Plan, schedule, assign and supervise all preventive / corrective maintenance works so as to ensure timely completion with minimal wastage of manpower and resources.Accountable for the management of all CMMS generated preventive maintenance work orders and to manage the timely completion and closure of the work orders.Plan for the implementation of Fault Management Center and prepare the team for fault reporting and failure statistics which results in proper management of fault alarms in BMS, SCADA, CFADS and other Control Systems..Regular evaluation of the team objectives, plans, procedures and practices and make appropriate changes when needed. Oversee and supervise employees, direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure high standard of service delivery.
