Improved the time for both processes from 7 to 4 days by developing an original tool for data uploading.• Presented the weekly P&L forecast and the analysis of the month’s results to senior management in Colombia and to the holding company’s (Groupe Casino) International Controlling team in Paris. • Automated a manual process to reduce by 1 day the time to generate the management report used for the monthly Business Review meeting with Groupe Casino. Restructured the meeting’s format to increase focus on key events. • Created a new reporting solution in SQL and Excel featuring a dynamic analysis and weekly forecasting for all the P&Ls in just one file. Reduced data retrieval time from 4 minutes to just seconds.

This tool aggregated data from individual BU to provide more precise bottom level reporting, resulting in a more reliable top level P&L.• Built and controlled a €3Bn sales budget for the Group’s 550 stores in Colombia. Designed a new methodology to smooth calendar effect fluctuations, increasing the accuracy of the stores’ monthly sales budget by 50%.
