• Devise and execute long-term and short-term financing strategy of the Company• Estimate funds requirements and develop treasury plans as per business needs• Negotiate commercial terms and covenants with financial institutions• Support E-Commerce, Commercial and Accounts Divisions by offering sales collection and technological solutions• Maintain an optimal combination of short-term and long-term debt for sustainable business operations • Maximize returns on surplus finds through investing in government treasury bills and mutual funds• Manage and forecast overall trade affairs and requirement of the business• Manage all financial related matters with financial institutions including but not limited to card alliance, e-commerce synergies, digital payment solutions, cash management, cash-in-transit, supply chain solutions, and any other product arrangements• Manage overall foreign remittances and approvals from SBP for critical payments• Look after treasuries of all Khaadi subsidiaries and setting up financing strategy for new businesses

• Manage short-term funded exposure of approximately USD 160 million with all major banks• Overall cash and debt management• Manage trade finance including back-to-back arrangements• Liquidity arrangement by LC or bank guarantee discounting• Arrange SBLCs and guarantees for suppliers• Monitor recording of daily transactions and financial charges or income in SAP on periodic closing followed by bank reconciliation to close unreconciled items• Hedge against FX rate risk, arrangement of IRS for long-term foreign loan repayments• Execution of dividend payout to shareholders• Administer the process of regulatory approvals for foreign remittances• Look after operations of EFERT’s Dubai-based trading arm• Look after operations and liquidity management of inter-company (wholly owned subsidiary of EFERT)• Managed company’s long-term portfolio worth PKR 41 billion• Managed Issuance, listing, delisting and security charge creation of debt instruments / long term loans• Organized and managed insurance of plant, property, marine, terrorism, stocks, In-transit, fidelity, fire, vehicles, business travel, and claims• Regulatory compliance and audits

- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financials - Financial reporting of income and equity funds - Mark to mark debt portfolio valuation and cash flows- Validate data as necessary in order to prepare and maintain various reports and performance summaries

- Financial reporting of Pakistan Income Fund (Fixed Income Fund) - Liaison with brokers in settling the stock market and money market deals - Validate daily cash flows - Prepare capital gain reports and open market positions of the portfolio
