Software developer/architect providing technical expertise as a member of a Tactical Engineering Task Force. This small team empowers scientists and researchers to focus on their field of expertise and not concern themselves with Web development, database design, software architecture, etc. The goals of the task force are to develop loosely coupled, composable, data-centric microservices and reusable UI components to create applications that showcase NRL’s algorithms and datamodels. Applications and services are deployed to a Docker environment in a DoD Gov Cloud (Amazon Web Services) and are sharable with other U.S. Navy organizations.
