Billing System Refresh Project – Gentrack Velocity implementation to replace the legacy system● Developed business requirements and report specification documents in conjunction with stakeholder input and analysis into the new database structure● Engaged with stakeholders to identify, review and analyse reporting requirements in line with HWC guidelines and within the confines of the project scope● Liaised with the Business Intelligence and Analysis team to ensure reports were developed to specification and were fit for purpose

Stores Infrastructure Refresh (SIR) Program - worked across multiple projects involved in the replacement of legacy equipment across all stores in AUS/NZ (3000+ sites)● Consulted with IT teams and business partners to gather business requirements, priorities and constraints for project planning and scheduling● Analysed, manipulated and cleansed large data sets to produce accurate and relevant information for project reports and to provide insight into future planning● Developed project dashboards and management presentations ensuring all were accurate, easily accessible and understandable for all levels of stakeholders including direct CIO reporting

Financial Adviser Register (FAR) Project - delivery of register of those who provide personal advice on investments, superannuation and life insurance● Liaised closely with Project Managers, other project team members and business Subject Matter Experts, to gather, analyse and document business requirements according to ASIC's System Delivery Methodology.● Support business process design stream work where appropriate, and work closely with business and IT SMEs to define and document business requirements, business processes (as is and to be), functional and non-functional requirements.● Worked with the technical project team, assisting in the documentation of the design of application systems and interfaces to ensure data access, migration activities, integration, integrity and security for projects.● Supporting System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing as required during test planning and execution.
