- writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts .- creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.- playing a part in project and team management.- Taking the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.- Producing detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
