After a successful career in luxury hotel management in France and ready for the next step, I packed my bags to complete a BSc of International Business Administration and a MSc of Organisational Change & Consulting (Cum Laude) at the RSM Erasmus University (Top 5 university) in the Netherlands.Next to my studies, I thrived in multiple work endeavors such Managing Editor @ SlimAcademy (grew sales by +300% with my 10FTE team), Consultant for the Dutch government @ Creativity Pools and Business Development intern @ Arcadis Europe.I moved to Germany to join SAP as internationally operating Organisational Change Manager. Despite the awesome projects I was in (e.g., >150 SAP FTE in long-term project in Spain), the sales' side kept "pulling". I became Presales for the Training & Adoption portfolio for various German industries. After repeatedly being a Top Performer and growing through the ranks, I broaded my horizon and moved to Switzerland. From Jun-Dec 2022, I was appointed co-leader of our 18 FTE team (+37% revenue).As a next career move, I switched to the Customer Business Support team in 2023 where my combined consultancy / sales experience and international change management background come to fruition in improving our internal international processes, thereby creating a win-win-win situation (customer + company + myself).Always eager to grow, learn and develop myself further, it would be an understatement to say that I enjoy a challenge.
