After finishing my internship, I started as a L&D coordinator in the international training and development team.

As a regional manager, I was the supervisor of 3-8 project coordinators in regions of The Hague and Amsterdam. My tasks included overseeing the operative side of the projects and project coordinators, as well as being part of the hiring process of new project coordinators. Furthermore, I was part of a team focused on creating and installing an impact measurement.

As a senior project coordinator, I was responsible for planning, organising and executing projects for 8 weeks in which high school students received tutoring. Aside from the organisational and administrative tasks, I coached students in reaching their formerly set goals and improving grades. Furthermore, I made and discussed progress reports with the contact person of the school, as well as the students' parents.

I assisted the senior project coordinator by organising the afternoon of tutoring as well as guiding and planning the private tutoring. This included managing and instructing the tutors focusing on the quality of the service, and executing administrative tasks, such as weekly scheduling. The last component was maintaining contact with the client (a high school) regarding updates, problem-solving or contact with students to increase motivation.

As an assistant coordinator, I helped the coordinators of two locations with organising the afternoon of tutoring. This included managing and instructing the tutors focusing on the quality of the service, and executing administrative tasks, such as weekly scheduling. The final and large component was contacting parents regarding problem-solving and sales of services or with students to increase motivation.

As a tutor, I helped students from age 12 to 18 with their planning, homework and studying. This improved my time management, teaching, communication, problem-solving and feedback skills.

In the sales assistant role, I created optimal customer service, assisted in frame selection, handled sales transactions, and maintained a tidy store.
