Responsible for Lazer eyewear from a to z:- Manage brand strategy- Create USP's for clear positioning of the brand in the market- Market research to create competitive products- Design new models and graphics- Source the right partners for development and production- Manage quality, optimise lead times and development time- Manage profit and loss of the eyewear division- Determine pricing and manage SKU's- Manage stock levels and production orders- Travel to Asia and visit relevant fairs on a regular basis- Represent Lazer eyewear on international bike show such as Eurobike, Interbike, Taipei Bike Show...- Give international product presentations and train sales agents
