Covering for maternity leave, primarily focusing on managing organic social content as well as campaigns for the NGOs supported by Patagonia.

- I was responsible for the online content strategy and programming of our online channels (Redbull.com, Red Bull TV & social media) for the Red Bull Media Network in The Netherlands- Developing and implementing the right digital strategy to reach and engage the Dutch consumer- Building communities, growing engagement and channels’ performance, and creating programming and release strategies- With focus on the playgrounds Motorsports, Dance, Bike & Board sports and audiences- Defining the content needs and distribution across the channels - Support all digital initiatives in the country, ensure only the right concepts are developed and are in line with Global Red Bull Media House strategy.

- Leading a team of 6 teamleaders and 50+ students, responsible for trial & awareness within the Netherlands- Managing the recruitment, logistics and budget- Making sure the team is on board, motivated and packed with the necessary tools to reach the highest possible result- Developing brand marketing strategies & brand activation campaigns in divergent channels- Evaluate teams performance on a structural level
