Management of the Heritage Desk of DutchCulture, centre for International cooperation. The Heritage Desk informs the (Dutch) heritage field on developments in international policymaking, and stimulates collaboration within the international field of cultural heritage. Focus on shared heritage cooperation and EU.

Responsible for the strategy, management, impact, effectiveness and sustainability of all running projects. Managing a team of ca. ten - fifteen staff members and volunteers in Leiden. Responsible for project proposals, project reports, human resource management, finances, and the content of the Mutual Heritage Research Programme.
