I love 'connecting' people and spotting opportunities, make people understand each other better and empower them to grow sustainably: - consult clients, connect them to consumers, in various sectors- as well as empowering our own BL crew. I was responsible for the growth and development of our Insights Experts team, quality & training and initiated the BL academy.

In 8 years at BL I helped about 70 (returning) clients to connect their brands, strategies, products and services to their consumers' (future) needs.I provided clients with inspiring and actionable advise or tangible designed innovations.Always based on a thorough understanding of consumer motivations. Leveraged by insights into people's stories, daily lives, behaviour and (latent) dreams. With my creative research team I conducted qualitative consumer research from an ethnographic and psychological perspective, and with my design thinking background I adapted the participative co-creative process to help transform the client's perspective.
