I was part of dedicated team to launch the American Eagle and Aerie brands under an exclusive European Master License as a startup.Leading operations, logistics and customer service for the first exclusive omni-channel licensee of the American Eagle and Aerie brands, focusing on structuring processes, customer relationship management, order fulfilment, IT and reporting.

Initially managed the wholesale customer service department for Northern and Eastern Europe in a international multilingual environment. Leading 3 teams to provide the best possible customer experience.Participated in seasonal order appointments and periodical sales review meetings with sales team, key-accounts and online accounts.After a re-organisation I managed the B2B online customer service team across the complete portfolio of brands (Pepe Jeans London, Hackett London and Faconnable). By focusing on specific online customer requirements, we were able to improve our service.

Part of the international Inbound and Outbound Logistics team, supporting the entire supply chain as well as sales and B2B customer service, taking care of import and export documents, sample collection and 3PL.

Started career at Pepe Jeans at the time when Tommy Hilfiger was just launched in Europe, working for both brands in the European Distribution Center. Tasks comprised of order picking, returns processing, prepare orders for export and processing incoming goods.I became team leader and also trained new colleagues and seasonal employees.
