Verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van een specialistisch team schadebehandelaars Middelzwaar Letsel (22 FTE) binnen de afdeling Personenschade. Projectleider vanuit de business voor de integratie van Personenschade Vivat naar NN (35 FTE personeel, 4 systemen, +/-10.000 openstaande letselschadeclaims). Aansturing van verschillende strategische projecten op het gebied van Deskundigheid, Betrokkenheid en Data Analytics.

Amsterdam Area, Netherlands

Last rotation of nine months at the NN Bodily Injury Claims department. Leading the integration of the two separate departments in Rijswijk and Amsterdam, and their move to the NN office in The Hague. Responsible for the coordination of different integration projects, such as the strategic development of the combined organization 2020 and writing of the RFA, the cultural merger of the two teams, internal communication. From april 2019 to january 2020, I temporarily replaced one of the teammanagers of the Bodily Injury Claims department.

Third rotation at NN Pensioen Services. During this period I was responsible for improvement of the First Time Fix and the reduction of repeat traffic at Klantenservice Pensioen (KSP).

Amsterdam

Second rotation of six months at ABN AMRO Verzekeringen. During this period I conducted customer-, employee- and market-research, investigating the current and potential alternative earnings models for the intermediairy business, Adviesdesk Zakelijk Verzekeren (AZV). Also I was responsible for the introduction of the agile way of working at AZV, and the transition from individual performance goals towards a team-based goal system.

First rotation of six months at Delta Lloyd Asset Management / NN Investment Partners. Responsible for the incorporation of sustainability (ESG) criteria in the investment process of the European Small Cap Fund. During this rotation I have built a corporate governance framework that enables the fund managers to conduct their own thorough research on a company's corporate governance quality.

Utrecht

Ensuring a smooth connection between the availability of the students working via SUSA and the hours requested by the client organizations, allowing for continuous flexibility. Responsible for the planning of the students' working hours and the direct anticipation to changes in their availability. (16h per week, from December 2016 onwards 28-32h per week)

Utrecht

Matching students to the various vacancies SUSA is offering. Responsible for the screening and recruitment by telephone. After having followed a selection training provided by SUSA I also performed the selection interviews in person and via Skype. (16h per week)

Management of finances and business contacts, edition printed: 2000 pieces. Co-responsible for the writing and development of editorial material and the final lay out of the yearbook. (40h per week from July 2016 onwards)

Amsterdam

Acquisition of new talents and the organization of national events. Responsible for the contact with the applicants by telephone, conduct of the assessment, administration, and attendance at the selection interviews. (40h per week)
