Portfolio manager at the residential subsidiary of Brunswick Real estate - Bohild Fastigheter AB Responsibilities• Working closely with the CEO of Bohild Fastigheter AB in order to develop and driving execution of business plan• Reporting and analyzing new investment opportunities• Executing new acquisitions and onboading of the acquired properties• Implementing and executing the investments strategies during the asset management phase• EBITDA, liquidity, and cash flow analysis • Quarterly investor reports and annual reports• Responsible for communications regarding new acquisitions• Creating a sustainable framework for refurbishments of the residential units for the whole portfolio • CAPEX investment analysis and follow-ups • Business development within sustainability and asset management; using big data and AI for a more efficient asset management as well as decreasing energy consumption• Social sustainability initiatives in order to increase tenant satisfaction, increased attractivity and profitability

Digitalization and automatization of data gathering regarding electricity consumption for the tenants (scope 2 and 3 according to CSRD) through the whole portfolio. This project is part of Regio’s science base target initiative (SBTi) and necessary for the shift from proxies to real data for the coming climate declarations. Responsibilities• Project planning and budget follow-ups• Setting up the overall strategy for data management regarding scope 2 and 3 for the coming climate declarations.• Managing the day-to-day operations of the project-team• Responsible for the B2B relations and communication with tenants

In my role as part of the business development team at Brunswick Real Estate, I was involved in setting up the new subsidiary, SINDI, within social sustainability and for ensuring alignment with the EU-taxonomy and the CSRD-regulation. By designing KPIs to measure the impact of social sustainability initiatives, SINDI helps business owner to make conscious and data driven decisions and measuring the impacts of their investments.

Responsibilities:• Initial assessment of the incoming prospects• Gathering and processing statistical data regarding the residential market, demographics and the socioeconomical indicators• Conducting social sustainability analysis (ESG)• Preparing presentations for the board, investors, financial partners, and banks • Preparing the property evaluation models • Involved in the acquisition and onboarding process after signing and the process of handing over the properties to the asset management team
