As a Design Verification Trainee at COVERIFY, I focus on the Universal Verification Methodology (UVM), working with RISC-V architecture and the ESP32-C3 DevKit. My role includes learning RISC-V assembly, conducting verification tasks, and contributing to the design of RISC-V processors. Through hands-on experience, I am developing skills in both processor verification and hardware design, enabling efficient system-level validation.

Working as a teaching assistant for the course " NASSCOM VSD SoC design program"

During this internship, I delved into various aspects of RISC-V architecture and its applications, which not only honed my technical skills but also expanded my understanding of hardware-software integration.Here’s a glimpse of what I accomplished:1️⃣ Binary Neural Network Implementation:Developed a Binary Neural Network with the goal of equating O0 = O1.Modeled the chip using GCC and Specs (C model) to generate O0 and O1, respectively.Created a C language testbench to ensure outputs from GCC (O0) and Specs (O1) were equivalent.Compiled the C code using the RISC-V toolchain and verified the optimized assembly code.Employed RISC-V ISA and Spike Simulator to validate the binary neural network implementation.2️⃣ Moving Average Filter on CH32V003:One of my key projects was implementing a Moving Average Filter on the CH32V003 microcontroller to achieve precise sensor data smoothing. The task involved:Designing the Algorithm: I developed a Moving Average Filter algorithm to smooth out sensor data by averaging a set of consecutive data points, which effectively reduces noise and improves the reliability of the readings.Implementation: I implemented the filter in C, ensuring that it efficiently handled the data stream from an ADC connected to the sensor3️⃣ RISC-V Instruction Analysis:Listed various RISC-V instruction types (R, I, S, B, U, J).Identified 15 unique RISC-V instructions from the RISC-V objdump of my application code.Mapped the exact 32-bit instruction code in the instruction type format for these unique instructions.4️⃣ Functional Simulation & Documentation: I performed functional simulations using a provided RISC-V core Verilog netlist and testbench. The waveform snapshots were documented in my GitHub repository, contributing to a thorough understanding of the simulation results.

Worked with one of IDEX challenge start-up/MSME winner @Yottec Systems for the Development of Band Pass Filtering and Anti Aliasing Filtering for ADC and DAC Front end with Impedance Matching and Simulation.Filter Specifications: Defined the specific requirements of the bandpass filterFilter Types: Explored different types of bandpass filters, such as active filters (e.g., operational amplifier-based designs) or passive filters (e.g., using inductors, capacitors, and resistors).Filter Design Methods: Learnt about various design methods,Learnt how to use TINA TI and Filter Pro.

1️⃣ We learnt to use 3D Experience which made me and my team skilled at collaborating on projects with each other, we had special workshops on 3D Experience by Dassault Systemes. 2️⃣ We learnt about various different kind of 3D printers ,specially we learnt about the Indigenization opportunities existing in the field of Medical grade 3D Printers.We got to learn about medical grade printer made by Apium. 3️⃣ We explored 3D Scanning and we tried to make two different kind of scanners, one was the standalone scanner and other one was specially customized for Creality Ender 3.
