As the Consulting Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), I operationally manage and lead a team of Solution Consultants who implement unique and tailored solutions for our customers.

This role combined project management and solution implementation. At any one time I typically worked with around 10-12 different customers on separate projects. Each project starts with gathering requirements and process mapping to get a clear idea of the current and future states. Once this is complete and the solution has been designed, I worked in a team to build, iterate, and test the bespoke solution ahead of delivering training and preparing for/supporting Go Live. I was also responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget throughout the lifecycle of each of my engagements.Other responsibilities included mentoring new joiners, delivering internal training, and running internal initiatives to improve our ways of working.
