Working with network product leader to develop cluster components for network management system. Project: aggregator of the payment documents from any payment system (VISA, some of the inner banking systems) to exchange them through these systems and manage appropriate bank accounts. I mentored 2 junior developers, interviewed applicants, reviewed commits. I was looking after architectural design of the system. I was looking after team velocity and optimized processes in it (introduced JRebel, one-click build, local database, simplified architectural design of the system). Automation of the banking processes for the its staff (frontend) to easily provide services to customers: managing client information and accounts, taking credits, mortgages, etc. I optimized performance of the critical parts of the system, solved strange issues related to the multi-threaded environment, have done lots of the assignments. I improved integration SymmetricDS with H2 database that memory usage decreased by 3 times and performance was improved. Created patch Technologies: Eclipse RCP, SWT, EJB 3.0, Hibernate, Oracle, H2, Geronimo, Glassfish, WebSphere, Maven, SVNAnalytic engine to analyze and calculate any what the clients want. Solution provides specific language that clients use to write the formulas and integration with databases to export schema to build DSL-like extension to this language. I developed integration with databases through JDBC and added new elements to the language. Technologies: Java SE, Oracle (embedded Java, PL/SQL)Document management system (FIS Forms) with Microsoft Word integration. Customers may create template of the document in the Word with some placeholders that FIS Forms manages during creation of the result document. Some of the placeholders fills automatically (e.g. client and bank information - name, BIC, accounts, etc.), some through standalone application by hand inputs.
