Responsible for overseeing and managing company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy, including: Purchasing, Planning, Logistics and Customer Service. Direct report on 6 FTEs (+ 15 indirect FTEs) and reporting directly to the General Manager- Lead supply chain team and coordinate supply chain process, executing best practices and measuring performance through KPIs- Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of goods to meet the changing levels of product demand (15M€ purchased goods per year)- Monitor and correct inventory levels to ensure rotation and maximize working capital efficiency (8M€ stock)- Manage the performance of the 3PL operating the warehouse and ensure shipments meet the Service Level in a safe, qualitative and cost – effective environment (1M€ annual budget)- Manage all the flows related to the oxygen homecare deliveries (5,5 M€ budget per year)- Lead and develop Customer Service Team in order to maximize customer experience and assuring a properly order to cash process- People management and development: team reorganization aimed at a better distribution of tasks, to develop competences and to train people to be goal orientedAchievements:- Purchasing costs decrease in order to maximize profit margin: saving € 300k/year- 3PL contract management: cost reduction 50k€/year- Inventory reduction: 2M€ working capital efficiency- Company merger : ( + 4 FTE’s to be integrated in the SC Team)

• Direct control of transportation costs €3,8M/year and responsible for the achievement of the industrial efficiencies (200k€/year)• Transportation suppliers selection (rates negotiation and services definition) with particular attention to dangerous goods (ADR)• Research and selection of new warehouses in order to meet business targets• Continuous logistic network improvement through adoption of innovative solutions (intermodal transport) • Implementation of an advanced Transport Management System (Smartour) aimed at optimize in term of quality and cost reduction of medicinal products • Demand planning and inventory management: safety stock calculation of medicinal product at national level, distribution flow definition from the two main central hubs, inventory management (rotation rate index, stock alignment) • KPIs target definition and monitoring in order to increase the service level and reduce the costs• Enhancement of Procure to Pay activity: automation of payment process and deeper assurance of supplier invoicing accuracy • Direct interface with the headquarters for all the efficiency projects at national and international level • Definition and optimization of operational processes through the use of the Value Stream Mapping technique
