To provide information pertaining to coverage, annual notice of change, pharmacy/network coverage, and the drug formulary.Contacts insurance to determine whether there are major medical or pharmacy benefits for requested services/medications.Determine whether prior authorization or pre-determination is required for procedures/medication.Contacts pharmacy benefit manager for claim submission rejections to ensure proper adjudication.Input proper documentation into the system for each patient insurance or physician contactedUses claim processing systems such as cs90, imsp, Compass, and other medicare based systems/websites for obtaining information on a member and patients.Assist with providing benefit information for pharmacy and major medical depending on the medication
