ERP system implementation (Movex). System covered Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Accounting. My role was to oversee the whole process as well as detailed development of Accounting/Finance parts.Reporting system. Inherent reports of Movex were not providing the depth and flexibility required therefore external Reporting system was done (based on mother company example resources). My role was development of Finance/Accoutning report designs, requirements.Debtors controllers supervision. Policy of debtors, daily work with controllers, debt collection issues.Supervision of IT specialist. Decisions on IT related procurement, future developments, coordination with other departments.Costing system. Change of product costign calculation to simplify and speed up the calculation process.Budgeting. Annual and trimester rolling budget process. Management of other departments deliverables and compiling of the total budget, including product costing on SKU level and budgets by cost centers. Impairment testing.Cash flow planning, management – loans with mother company.Regular reporting tasks – profitability, fixed cost, cash flow, overall income statement, inventories management, debtors control.External relations – auditors, leasings, insurance, telecoms, mother company.First phase of DocLogix implementation – electronic document management system. Covered quality documentation, contracts, accounting, internal documents etc.
