JTC’s core purpose is to champion sustainable industrial development in Singapore. Together with its partners, JTC masterplan clean, green, and develop smart estates as attractive destinations for talent and communities. JTC also drive innovation in the building and infrastructure sector.Enterprise Risk Management (ERMU) is a team within Corporate Planning Division (CPD) which reports to CEO. Anrine reports directly to the CPD director and is supported by a team of risk advisors. ERMU is mainly responsible for leading risk conversations at corporate levels. This includes monitoring and reporting of risk performance at audit risk committee and board meetings. Occasionally ERMU may also be engaged to facilitate risk or insurance discussions at operational level, or functions as an arbiter to resolve risk mitigation disputes between groups / teams. Besides training users on basic risk concepts and fundamentals, ERMU also provides Corporate Risk and Insurance Advisory. The team is active in driving the desired risk culture within JTC, including advocating the best (risk management) practices. They also work closely with the Business Groups to review and extract learnings from their past incidents, complaints, or audit findings to improve JTC processes.ERMU is also the contract owner for Corporate Insurance Contracts (IAR, CGL, S&T, PI, Crime) and Brokerage Contract.
