I am a confident and passionate individual who thrives on being challenged. With over 6 years of marketing experience, excellent organisational, project management and relationship skills my philosophy is to work conscientiously with personal integrity. A can-do attitude, flexibility, a passion for excellence, sport and travel, attention to detail and giving credit where it’s due, are integral to my work ethic. I will add value because I care about what my team and I do.Formal qualifications include a B.Com degree in Marketing from Macquarie University and diplomas in Event Management and Business Administration. I love sport and have been involved in playing, coaching and refereeing sport for most of my life. Highlights would definitely include line judging Andre Agassi, Steffi Graf and Anna Kournikova and refereeing the NSW Women’s premiership Rugby Union Grand Final in 2012 and of course the half time women’s 7’s at the Waratahs home games. Refereeing has honed my ability to evaluate all available factors, and make informed decisions under pressure, in a timely manner. My upbeat attitude and positive outlook on life is infectious. I thrive on challenging myself and motivating others to do the same to not only meet but exceed their expectations and goals. I thoroughly enjoy my refereeing and promoting Rugby Union and Refereeing in my free time. The friendships, respect and camaraderie in the Rugby community are second to none and has been one of the greatest experiences since arriving in Australia almost 8 years ago. Other interests include volunteering, photography, trapeze, super bikes, almost any form of exercise and generally being pushed out of my comfort zone.
