- Direct day – to – day operations of the IT Technical operations teams- Identify and implement metrics necessary to manage and monitor the performance of overall infrastructure operations including performance, capacity, availability, fulfilment, budget and inventory- Deliver high quality global solutions with improved infrastructure processes; work across organizational lines to breakdown silos and ensure business objectives are achieved- Develop, publish and manage to data backup and recovery standards and data management policies. Provide tools and processes to those standards.- Champion and deploy appropriate IT service management tools and processes to support the Golbal operations of ContourGlobal IT operations. Innovate and influence adoption of new service management process metrics.
