Teach For Pakistan is committed to creating a powerful social movement for equity and excellence in education. They enable Pakistan’s top graduates and young professionals to teach for two years in under-served communities, and drive systemic change in education throughout their lives. After graduating from PIDE, I wanted a career path that would enable me to unlock my leadership potential, but also wanted to leave a mark in a way that mattered; by digging my hands deep into a challenging sector loaded with potential. Since joining the Teach For Pakistan Fellowship, I have gained a broader understanding of Pakistan's public education system and the work that needs to be done to fix it. I often collaborate with different stakeholders, including parents, students, and other community members, to reduce educational inequity and deliver consistent, high-quality education. On average, my students were 3-grade levels behind their actual grades but are now continuously progressing in meeting their academic goals. They have a ton of ambition and are working hard to pursue their passions. I am not discouraged by the lack of resources because I put in my all to solve their problems so that nothing can stop my students from becoming loving, thinking, and engaged citizensn

Mckinsey's Forward Program is unique of its kind that trains and equips young graduates and professionals with skills that are essential for survival in the 21st century. This includes enabling the trainee with non-cognitive skills such as adaptability, leadership, and management but simultaneously exposing them to technology and AI which are inevitable for creating impacts at various workplaces. The McKinsey Forward Program has been an incredible journey, providing me with invaluable insights and practical knowledge in the field of business strategy and leadership. Over the course of the program, I had the privilege of learning from industry experts, collaborating with talented professionals, and gaining a deeper understanding of the latest trends and best practices shaping the business world.I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of this transformative experience.
