Am the Chief Customer Officer at Informatica and a core member of the executive team, shaping the company’s cloud-first transformation and its re-entry into the public markets in 2021. In my 25-plus years at Informatica, as one of the earliest employees of the company and a founding member of the Engineering team, I have played a critical role in Informatica’s evolution as a leader in enterprise cloud data management and the adoption of its flagship cloud platform, the Intelligent Data Management Cloud which led to an impressive 42% growth in cloud ARR (as of June 30, 2022). The efforts of my worldwide team of 2000+ comprising of Customer Success, Customer Support, Professional Services in addition to Renewals and Revenue operations has contributed to a ~95% renewal rate whilst managing a $1.4B+ Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) portfolio.
