Proper follow up and correct contact point of stakeholder oversea currently reduced to 6 MN dollar. Apparel Manufacturer Client: Six Sigma Project to clear the unapplied cash from each stores with inputs received in excel files; saving of 2244 hrs; reduction of unapplied cash $106M to $ $44M in 3 months Apparel Manufacturing Client: AR Customer invoicing process in automated with RPA (bots deployed) - reduction of 5.5 FTE; 100% accuracy. Healthcare Client: Six Sigma Project: Reduction of Auto posting failure (188K) & Invoice rejection (7K): ~195K invoices; Financial benefit (yearly) – 288K USD. Transitioned CPG client AR process (RMA & Deduction Management) from US to Hyderabad.
