• Generating Offer letter Experience letter And other related documents• Assisting HR Operation Team in Day To day Activities.• Maintaining HRIS and updating it as and when required.• Conducting the New Hire Orientation Program for all the new employees as a Lead Induction Specialist.• Handling Joining formalities for the new-employees joining the organization.• Handle all queries, grievances and escalations from the new employees and ensure the same are resolved within committed timelines• Responsible for Handling ID Badges , Joining Entitlements & Background Verification for all the employees• Validating & checking the necessary documents & ensuring that all the documents are as per company compliance standards.• Publishing Joining Lists and Reports to all stakeholders.• Completing the hiring process updating the same in HRIS• Sourcing Screening and posting jobs of various job portals and maintaining the TAT• Assisting the recruitment team via short listing required candidate.• Screening candidate via telephonic interview.• Maintaining Attendance record on Day to Day basis.• Assisting The HR Taxation Manager with documentation and filling up the FBP, LTC and other documents of the employees for tax exemption.• Assisting The Recruitment team on Job Posting, Screening resume according to JD and other related activities• Documentation and filling of related documents.• Assisting in Admin related work if required.• Highly involve for Employees Engagement activities, to make the Company environment Happy and Healthy
