Charged with increasing corporate engagement and support of organizations associated with child rights- especially those working on universal access to free, equitable quality education for children, increased access to free equitable quality primary health care for mothers and children, and ensure a reduction in the rate of child malnutrition. • Monitoring & Evaluation of CRY funded programmes in Uttar Pradesh. Earlier I also evaluated CRY supported programmes in Uttara Khand, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Delhi. • Training and workshop on Education & Sustainable Development. Capacity Building and Conceptual clarity and why education is key to peace and sustainable development. • Developed strategic plan for implementation of RTE Act 2009 and conducted longitudinal research on school infrastructure as per RTE Act 2009. It was crucial to implementation of project, planned resource allocation and budgeting, and provided process guidelines to initiate data colligation, analysis, and report writing. • Identification of experts, mapping of organizations, short listing them for partnership for implementation of programmes to achieve CRY Goals in Uttar Pradesh (UP).• Partnership Management, their Capacity Building and hand holding for implementation of projects. • Project wise MIS development of UP Partners and consolidation in a monthly report of the state. • Worked on Teachers Training initiatives, policy advocacy related to education, capacity building of CRY partners for implementation of The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act 2009 (RTE Act 2009). • Community Resource Management and CBO capacity building for community monitoring on schemes and programme for them. • Created handbook to map and address issues of malnutrition at the village level. • Advocacy Plan to activate government schools and demand to upgrade primary schools to upper primary schools.
