• Work closely with Product owner, Delivery lead and Marketing team and Solutions Architect to understand user/business requirements and enterprise strategies • Define Technical road map and backlog grooming. • Translate business requirements/needs into high level technical designs/specifications.• Analyze user stories in pre-planning phase, identify dependencies and prepare low level technical designs/one pager as applicable.• Explain technical details and design to the development team during PSI and Sprint planning.• Perform POCs to get rough estimates for upcoming work and objectives and share the learning with team and management.• Work with development team/teams to ensure development is aligned as per the business requirement and designs provided.• Support team during development and answer day to day queries.• Ensure design and development of new features is always backward compatible.• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality.• Evaluates and recommends emerging trends in software design and development strategies and evaluates their use in the development environment. • Identify opportunities for automation and design tools/frameworks for automation. • Provide charter level estimates.• Assist other dependent teams/clients in understanding and consuming our apis and services.• Help Delivery lead to understand current project technical challenges, issues and opportunities for improvement so that he/she can prioritize along with business needs.• Encourage and support culture of TDD/Pair Programming during regular development of objectives• Monitor code coverage reports and share with team members, help them to improve code coverage.
