I have been engaged in conducting technical audits of rolling mills, optimizing and upgrading mill layouts, and preparing feasibility reports.

I began my tenure at Amreli Steels as the Deputy Manager of Production in February 2006. A key achievement during this time was overseeing the installation and commissioning of a tandem rolling mill and a Thermo Mechanical Treatment facility. I progressed to the role of Production Manager in 2008, then Senior Manager of Production in 2014, and finally assumed the position of Head of Plant in 2017.

I joined the company during its initial stages, when the project was in the planning phase. My duties encompassed:- Designing the mill-layout- Procuring necessary equipment for the mill- Estimating project costs- Creating schedules- Coordinating with vendors for orders and follow-ups- Managing correspondence with foreign consultants
