- Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services. - Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, quality and costing of products. - Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. - Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary. - Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. - Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, coordinating with other department heads as required. - Preparing formulations as per customers’ requirement and setting of process parameters in the machine accordingly.- Selection of right raw materials and fixation of specifications for all raw materials and approval of vendors.- Main role in R&D for new product developments and trial conduction in pilot plant.- Member of flavor sensory evaluation panel board and taking active part in test.- Conducted many trials jointly at Buhler- Switzerland, Clextral- France, Fen and Pavan- Italy at their pilot facility to develop many products.
