Ansel Watson served on the executive committee with responsibility for treasury, payments, credit & collections, procurement, materials and investigations. He provided project leadership for the full implementation of Value Added Tax (VAT) and participated in other payment automation enhancements.

Ansel Watson held the positions of Head of Finance & Banking Operations, Director of Finance & Risks. He also served as Director; Secretary to the Board of Directors, Senior Officer II to the Central Bank, secretary on several board committees and member/chairman on management committees that govern the operation of the Bank. Ansel was responsible for all aspects of strategic planning, financial control & reporting, client and fund accounting, banking & securities operations, treasury control, credit approvals, risk & compliance monitoring in accordance with board and regulatory policies. He was strategically involved in the transfer of the Bank to new ownership.

Responsible for corporate & client, reporting, treasury, investment funds & pension funds operations and, managed banks; prepared financial budgets, monthly commentaries and supervised group financial reporting.

Ansel Watson managed and monitored the investment fund operations; coordinated investment transactions and implementation of new investment strategies under offshore corporate structures. Monthly reporting to investment shareholders and partnerships, annual tax information and year end audits. Facilitated training of fund accountants and administrators with industry standards, rules and regulations.
