Product Development and Sourcing- Kick-off meeting with Sales, Branding and Design team to study tender requirements to initiate a project. - Cross-department communications to have deliverables submitted on schedule.- Right vendor sourcing and business travel to get the right products developed tactically.- Landed cost analysis and insights of business strategies for decision-maker's evaluation.- Time management and effective communications to keep stakeholders collaborated per project schedules.Project Operations- Production and delivery forecasts for awarded projects.- Supply chain planning.- Lead the team to make order processing, export declaration, 3rd party logistics and import clearance based on specific delivery terms (FOB, FCA, CIF, DAP and DDP...)- Problem solving proactively.- Inventory analysis and order (sales) forecast.- Meeting organization and management - agenda and key notes briefing.- Regular operations report and presentation.- SOP/trade compliance and Kaizen.

- Key accounts/overseas dealers relationship keeping.- Project coordination for Indian CKD program.- Order discussion, processing, production arrangement and delivery tracking - Internal effective communication for quality complaints.

- Overseas customers development, price negotiation and sample arrangement to conclude the business.- Products management on B2B platforms (Alibaba, Tradekey and Globalsources etc).- Assist sales director to handle other daily affairs.
