I am a passionate and dedicated predoctoral researcher with experience in the field of Biomedicine. Currently, I am part of the Doctoral Program in Biomedicine, Translational Research, and New Health Technologies at the University of Malaga.And why biomedicine? Since I was little, I realized how unfair it seemed to me that some diseases had no cure. When my grandparents were diagnosed with Alzheimer's, something stirred within me, and I was clear that I wanted to dedicate my professional life to helping those in need. As I grew up, I found in research the way to achieve this, and from the time I started my studies in Biochemistry and Biomedicine in Valencia until now, I have not lost sight of that goal.Currently, I have an emerging but solid trajectory as a predoctoral researcher in the Pharmacology Laboratory of the Institute of Biomedicine in Malaga (IBIMA), where I have been working since 2021. Under the guidance of the distinguished professionals Dr. Raúl Andrade and Dr. María Isabel Lucena, I have specialized in studying Drug-Induced Liver Injuries (DILI), excelling in the development and study of new cellular models for this pathology.My involvement in national and international projects, such as Horizon Europe - HALT Ronin and LiverAce, demonstrates my commitment to cutting-edge research in the field of health. In addition, my contributions to scientific literature include various articles published in renowned journals, as well as presentations at national and international conferences.Throughout my years as a researcher, I have realized that I thoroughly enjoy participating in teaching and innovation projects, as well as in scientific committees and research activities, underscoring my commitment to scientific outreach and promoting collaboration within the scientific community.In summary, my passion for research and dedication to excellence in my studies make me a dedicated professional ready to immerse myself in the world of science.
