My proficiency in administrative assistance and residential real estate honed at Dexters enabled me to learn key aspects of the real estate industry as mentioned below:• Providing administrative support to real estate agents, including scheduling showings and preparing documents• Visiting the properties to capture images and videos to create social media posts as well as property advertisements.• Communicating with clients and obtaining essential information and documentation prior the viewings.

• As a Team leader on completion of a level 2 CDP course my role was to manage and supervise various Teams.• Conducting briefings to offer guidelines, retail targets and safety protocols.• Assigning roles for the day of the event and keeping track of time-sheets to ensure correct payments to the team members.• Apart from Team Building & People Management, maintaining great customer & attendee experience was an important part of the role.
